Cancellation Policy

• Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and we value your commitment to your wellness journey. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to accommodate other clients. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the highest level of service for all our guests.
